Taboos?

Any sort of contact between naturists is frowned upon by some, but why shouldn't we touch each other we are people and people touch each other. I'm not suggesting that, as we are nude we should leap on each other and have rampant sex, just that we should behave as we do when clothed. Hold hands, kiss, walk arm in arm even hug.

Here we are para-photographing a photo of Olympic swimmer Sharon Davis and her husband.  Yes I am touching my wife's breasts and she is covering her pubic hair, but I cant see it as sexual content - can you?

All my family know of our naturism, we are not shy about it.

A naturist friend of ours was concerned about the use of the pole at Candy farm, because pole dancers have sexualised them. We think the pole is good for exercise and the accusation about it being pornographic says more about the complainants mind than about the use if the pole.

Would be comedians comment often about "Old, pink, wobbly bits" on naturist areas. They don't realise that  many of the bodies they ridicule were once young and slim. They may well have been figures that the critic had a fancy for. Should we stop being naturists when we lose our figures? 

Does a racing driver give up driving when he gets older?  

No he just gives up racing. 

No-one should have to give up what they love because of sarcastic comments from ignorant people who have no understanding of what they do. Those of us caring enough to have a long and happy marriage, will as age crept relentlessly on may have seen our loved ones (be it male or female) put on extra pounds. That doesn't mean we should all hide away and not enjoy the sunshine without the encumbrance of clothes.

MOKE anniversary

There was a recent anniversary of the introduction of the Mini Moke so I think it only right to mark it with my pictures of Maja. The first two are at Hanginggate Quarry at the back of the Golf course at Woodhouse Eaves and the last is at a classic car show at Abbey Park, Leicester

beautiful innocence

I know I'm biased but I love to see photos of beautiful women such as Maja who portray an innocence, social nudity is innocent after all. I don't like thrusting, pouting models twisting themselves into all sorts of contortions to show their innermost areas. To me the female body is beautiful when combined with the inner beauty of innocence, such as my wife's, and I see no reason not to share it.

Once another person has viewed a naked body, what difference does it make if everyone views it?  what a pity if such beauty is kept under wraps. I love my wife and am proud of her when people find her attractive as well.

Those who have pictures of their partners and show them like dirty postcards of years ago are surely guilty of giving the impression that social nudity is something to be ashamed of.

Up the pole

If you are shocked by the use of a pole in a naturist picture I am sorry, but a pole in itself is nothing to do with porn etc. What it is, is a very useful photographic aid. Any bad associations are made in your mind or by the way it is used.
