Day51

As we all get older, the youthful figures disappear. The body looks more mature and eventually starts to spread. I suggest if you haven't started to spread yet, take regular exercise to guard against it. Keep fit, if you dont you will probably gain weight and various aches and pains. As you get older, it is hard enough to continue doing what you enjoy but if you allow yourself to spread and get unfit it will be a hundred times worse and believe me it is hard thinking about selling things that used to be your pride and joy, but you cant use now because of your health.



When I say keep fit, I'm not suggesting spending loads of money on Gyms. Swimming is good and if you go wild swimming it only costs the travel to get somewhere where you can do it and if it is wild enough, you could "nude wild swim" surely the ultimate expression of wild swimming. Cycling is good exercise and could be a good way to get to your wild swim. If you are looking for a bike try one of the Recumbent bikes and trikes, they are great. Of course there is also running and walking, possibly even nude hiking.


Out in the countryside in the nude gives a great feeling of freedom.



Cycling also gives the opportunity for going nude, there are various World Naked Bike Rides across the country, they are not fast and usually through the middle of a town or city. The police allow the properly organised ones and monitor them so it doesn't go beyond nude. Also as you explore your area by cycle you can find places where you could ride nude, some on minor roads and some on green lanes. Get out there and enjoy.

I purchased this a while ago and I wouldn't go back to an ordinary bike now
this is so much fun and with my bad back I have no trouble using it.

I have fitted a pedal assist for hills etc. hence the battery on the handlebars.
